[When Loki turns the feed on it is really, really, really early in the morning. As in ridiculous-o-clock. And he knows it is ridiculously early and that is why he talks really loud. So that everyone who is in the process of waking up can hear him loud and clear. After all, everything Loki has to tell is very important and everyone should hear it.]
Attention denizens of Luceti!!
[A pause...]
I have everyone’s attention, yes? Good, very good.
From one user of magic to another, I have a question for all of those who practice the art of magic or sorcery. Are there some of you where this is a talent that is hidden within one’s genes or is it mere talent? Or is it something one generates from spells out of books? Or are there some who utilize magic wands or some other magic artifact?
This is meant to start an interesting discussion about the usage of magic, you see? To create a bond between magic users... A magical bond!
[Oh, the pun!
No way in hel Loki is going to announce that he is not quite able to do magic on his own and that most of his efforts end up in giant headaches and maybe one or two floating objects. And no way he will leave it to just one question. Loki likes asking questions.
He leans a bit closer to the screen of his journal.]
May I ask who is pranking my older self? Because to burden him with such an interesting hair do is mischief of a very advanced kind. As the god of mischief I wish to bestow great compliments upon him on her.
Maybe even an award.
[ According to the list Panda provided he has to brighten Nojiko’s Christmas with an amazing gift, and since Loki really wants to give atrolling good present to a maiden who seems to have purple hair he will filters this message so that she cannot catch on to this, yet, he will not mention her name either, after all, no one should be trusted with such information. ]
What does one give to a maiden with an interesting hair color? Something matching with her hair color? A brush to comb that hair? Or a ribbon?
Or maybe something so she can indulge herself into the act of shopping and try on different outfits? After all, that is what most maidens are very, very fond of.
Ikki, I have chosen a date of birth. I think the fifteenth of January will be fitting. Please announce it, I require cake and presents.

[And that's about the most she'll say on a public network as far as her fighting ability.]
Come whenever you would like. I can program a training sequence while I wait.
[It's a test, of sorts. Anything she programs for herself alone will be more dangerous than what she programs with Loki in there with her. She wants to see if he'll realize that and hurry, and also how interested he really is in observing her ability with paper.]
Alas, I do have to run some errands first before I am able to accept your offer. We meet at the Battle Arena in an hour, yes?
[She does have to wonder if he'll show up earlier or not. Either way, she'll have a paper butterfly watching out from the ceiling by the entrance of the Battle Dome.]
[Video] --> [Action it is!]
[Loki closes his journal and goes on his errands first. Food for Thori, some snacks, warm socks, the usual items. After that he heads for the battle dome.
He smiles slightly when he notices the butterfly watching out as he enters.]
I have arrived! Now let us commence in great battles and such.
[Action]
[She's mildly surprised that he didn't try to show up earlier, but one part of her is relieved as well. Her earlier training sequence was challenging enough that it would have made protecting young Loki difficult. The one she's programmed this time is more an exercise than a test of her limits.]
Have you had combat training?
[Action]
Absolutely not.
Asgard has plenty strong warriors who specialize in combat
Alas, I am not one of them.
[Action]
In that case, stay close.
[She has a few papers fluttering around her, looking quite harmless. When the attacks begin, that quickly changes. The papers do indeed become shuriken, and they slice through the simulation's attackers' weapons.]
[Action]
You enhance this paper with your chakra, yes. It is called 'chakra', right?
[Action]
[A paper shuriken slices through another enemy's weapon as if it's butter.]
There are simpler techniques, but enhancing and controlling paper with my chakra is my specialty.
[Action]
Now that is a technique that befits a ninja. After all, when others look upon paper, they identify that with fragile material that is suitable for writing and folding, not with steel.
And before they might notice...
[Loki makes a gesture with his arm.]
...woosh...head gone!
[Action]
It's more like I manipulate the paper to take on the strength and sharpness of steel. It still looks like paper.
[Well, she could make it look like steel, too, but that's a needless illusion technique and she doesn't like to waste her chakra.
She smiles slightly at Loki's emphatic gesture.]
I prefer my enemies to underestimate me. It happens at an almost surprising frequency.
[Action]
[As Asgard's trickster Loki can appreciate such a thing. Second of all, it truly befits a ninja to trick like this.]
Can you teach me this? Or is it an ability that can only be used by yourself?
[Action]
[Another paper shuriken slices through an enemy.]
That's something that I should probably teach you elsewhere.
[Action]
[Action]
Why not? It wouldn't be the first interesting title I've had.
[Action]
You have other titles? And if so, are they funny titles? Ones that bring a smile upon my face?
[Action]
[She debates explaining and then just shakes her head.]
One of them was God's Angel.
[Action]
[Loki notices the slight change in her face. As if she wanted to do something, but decides not to.]
It would be appropriate to say 'When did you fall out of the sky? You must be an angel', yes? It is one of Midgard's most famous pick up lines for males to woo maidens.
And a clever one too, because you are linking a maiden's appearance with that of a celestial being from heaven.
Action]
[A large collection of papers gather at her back, surrounding those little wings and forming a set of much larger paper ones.]
One of my best friends had powers comparable to a god's and I can do this.
[Action]
[He raises his eyebrows at the last sentence.]
And how would you describe divine powers? Power over life and death? Complete destruction?
[Action]
[Both and so much more. Some of it is easier to explain than other parts of his powers, though.]
His powers allowed him to restore the lives of people who had been killed that day, and he was capable of destroying a country and its military forces single-handedly within a day if he so pleased. He may not have been an actual god, but his power was as close to god-like as I've ever heard of. He also wanted peace, more than anything in the world.
[Action]
[Loki nods quite enthusiastically.]
I see...so if one wishes to acquire peace one goes and destroy an entire country. That does not make much sense to me. By all means, you do not reach a state of peace like that. Yet...to reunite loved ones with eachother after one of them died. That is quite peaceful.
