[Everyone who is listening can hear the sound of leaves rustling followed by a soft groan coming from someone's mouth.

After that there are footsteps that slowly fade away but get louder again after a minute or two. Apparently someone discovered the book and the small yelp followed by a referral to Odin's empty eye socket might give the impression that someone managed to step into a pinecone with his bare foot.

There is more rustling and a soft thud, the sound of someone opening a book and...]

Oh! It is a Midgardian recording device in a book!

How perfectly...impractical!

[Since the owner of this voice, Loki Laufeyson from Asgard, is really fond of any Midgardian way of communicating through long-distance connections he figures the book out in a rather quick way.

Eventually his face appears on everyone's feed, finger tapping against the screen to test if it might be a screen of touch, like his own phone of Stark used to have.]

Everyone! I figure this book of communication has been left to me with a certain purpose. So I shall ask for your aid, yes?

[Loki takes a deep breath.]

First of all, someone has provided me with white pants, yet has forgotten to give me a proper shirt. Second of all, I am fairly sure this is not Broxton.

Is there a town nearby? At least one where I can get proper garments?

[Loki braces himself for more barrel rolls and eventually he starts laughing and cheering. After all, what kind of god of mischief would he be if he could not appreciate a dragon making barrel rolls.]

[Not a very good one, obviously. Even if Loki seems to be enjoying himself, it still makes Hiccup hella nervous. TOOTHLESS SERIOUSLY PLEASE DO NOT DROP THE GOD.]

[Loki looks over Hiccup's shoulder to the village beneath them. It looks like a string of houses and something that might be a town's square.]

I see! I looks rather small from up here.

[He grins.]

Hiccup, my vote goes to more barrel rolls. And ask your dragon to fly a bit lower.

[Really, after the ways Thor tended to carry him while flying through the sky, Loki became rather fearless when it came to such things.]

Err--s-sure! Nooooo problem, ahh--Toothless?

[Toothless heard Loki's request, too, and he complies without a fuss, angling downwards and rolling as he went.]

[Loki closes his eyes for a moment and grins broadly. Way better than Midgardian themed parks and roller coasters.

He's giggling softly and eventually he lets go of Hiccup's shoulder to throw one hand up in the air (since the other one is still holding that journal).]

[Hiccup panics a little when Loki let's go of him, because he certainly doesn't think a god falling off his dragon will win him any points in Asgard, but he realizes Loki is still back there and having the time of his life, soooo he forces himself to stop stressing out.]

No dragons in Asgard, huh?

Oh, there are dragons but none of them are suitable for riding!!

[Loki smiles broadly, still busy enjoying himself.]

Really? That's kind of a...letdown.

[Dragon riding is the best, obvs.]

But we can ride hel-hounds and sometimes also rather large goats! And horses, of course!

[...Should he feel blasphemous for thinking riding dragons is still cooler.]

R-right! I'm sure they're pretty amazing, too.

Well, rides on a hel hound are rather fast and bumpy. I think I prefer dragons.

I am glad that I had to give my approval. It is always good to have the approval of your god, you see?

[He places a hand on Hiccup's shoulder again.]

And Loki's approval is the best approval of all.

[Yes, yes absolutely it is.

Even if he might be more tickled to have Odin's or Thor's approval. HE WILL NOT MENTION THAT.]

We can land in the plaza there. That's usually the place to start getting your bearings.
