[Everyone who is listening can hear the sound of leaves rustling followed by a soft groan coming from someone's mouth.

After that there are footsteps that slowly fade away but get louder again after a minute or two. Apparently someone discovered the book and the small yelp followed by a referral to Odin's empty eye socket might give the impression that someone managed to step into a pinecone with his bare foot.

There is more rustling and a soft thud, the sound of someone opening a book and...]

Oh! It is a Midgardian recording device in a book!

How perfectly...impractical!

[Since the owner of this voice, Loki Laufeyson from Asgard, is really fond of any Midgardian way of communicating through long-distance connections he figures the book out in a rather quick way.

Eventually his face appears on everyone's feed, finger tapping against the screen to test if it might be a screen of touch, like his own phone of Stark used to have.]

Everyone! I figure this book of communication has been left to me with a certain purpose. So I shall ask for your aid, yes?

[Loki takes a deep breath.]

First of all, someone has provided me with white pants, yet has forgotten to give me a proper shirt. Second of all, I am fairly sure this is not Broxton.

Is there a town nearby? At least one where I can get proper garments?

[Actually, Loki feels the urge to laugh coming up. Still, he keeps a straight face.]

It is a real thing. Midgardian books of mythology will confirm this.

Oh yeah? Well, I'll look it up, then!

[Except he'll end up looking for books from "Midgard" and there's a good chance he won't find anything at all, then. Ah well.]

[Loki frowns a bit.]

[Loki smiles and nods a couple of times.]

It would be such a waste of both our time to let me explain the meaning of mischief.

But I do like pranks.

[Loki, you are most successful at manipulating Oswald. He's a lot less suspicious, now.]

Oh, pranks huh? Well, that's harmless fun.

[Oh, Loki knows he's good at this.]

[The smile still hasn't left his face.]

I enjoy talking to you, dear rabbit. If I arrive at this village we should meet, yes?

Sure! I'll be here! Do you wanna meet at the plaza?

Of course, I first have to find this plaza.

[He flashes a thumbs up.]

But I am very sure that that will not be a problem.

[So he starts to walk on, in search of the village and said plaza.]

[Whenever Loki finally gets to the plaza, Oswald will be there! He's sitting on the ledge of the fountain, waving to people as they pass by and just being generally cheerful.]

[It takes Loki a long run through the forest to actually discover a village, and it takes him a bit longer to find said plaza. But when he finds it he notices Oswald sitting there.]

Rabbit!

[He waves.]

[Oop, that voice can only belong to one person. It's his new fanboy! Oswald hops up to stand on the ledge, waving merrily with both hands.]

Kid! Hey!

[Loki smiles and keeps on waving as he runs towards Oswald, rather eager to see more of those tricks. And to get a tour. And some shaken milk.

Frankly, everyone seems so very nice here.]

Hello! I have made it here. It was less of a difficulty than I expected it to be.

[Oswald hops down from the fountain's ledge again, bouncing as if he's made of rubber when he hits the ground.]

Yeah, the village ain't too big. You can get to the plaza in the blink of an eye!

[Loki sees that and finds it rather odd. After that he looks around himself, turning around a couple of times while shivering slightly. No sign of a busstop or shirts.]

A blink of an eye? Ah! That is a Midgardian term, yes? Referring to the fact this plaza is very close by and that we shall arrive there soon.

That's... right, I guess. But it's an Earth term too, ya know! [He still hasn't made the connection Midgard is Earth, nope.]

So, what do you wanna do?

[Loki snickers.]

Midgard is what you call Earth.

Yet, Midgardian rabbits do not quite behave like you do. If one would go and attach their heads to their behinds they would be dead...and rather gross.

[But then again, there were quite some Midgardians possessing somekind of power, he is not very surprised to notice that Midgardian rabbits also belong to that category.]

I require a shirt. It is most cold.

[Ugh! Oswald doesn't even want to picture what happens to non-cartoon rabbits if you try to remove their heads. Loki's right, it wouldn't be pretty. What kinda sicko would try that, anyway?]

Oh! Y-yeah! Shirts. Right. They're at the clothing store. Here, I'll show ya. [And he turns to lead the way.]

[Some garments seem like a most perfect plan right now, because clutching a book against your chest isn't cutting it at all. After all, books are not a source of heat.]

That sounds like a great idea.

When I am properly dressed I would like to see more of your tricks. They are most fascinating.

[He moves to pat Oswald on his head, as he would do with his dog Thori sometimes.]

[Oh... He's being petted on the head. It's happened before, around the time when he first arrived here, but... He still doesn't know how to feel about that. He's not a pet, but this is how humans show affection. So if he's being petted, that means Loki likes having him around.]

Oh, well... Yeah. Yeah, my tricks are pretty amazing. Sure, I'll show ya, kid!

[Well, Loki is most specialized in Midgardian culture, so he also scratches Oswald behind the ears.]

Shall we first pick up my clothes?

[He could also use a bath. And a milkshake. Maybe a bath and a milkshake at the same time.]

Yeah, sure! It's this way.

[And he'll move towards the clothing store with his not-quite-human walk. Being a rabbit with long feet, he's always had a rather odd sort of hobble. It's just the way he was designed.]
