1. [accidental sound --> video]
[Everyone who is listening can hear the sound of leaves rustling followed by a soft groan coming from someone's mouth.
After that there are footsteps that slowly fade away but get louder again after a minute or two. Apparently someone discovered the book and the small yelp followed by a referral to Odin's empty eye socket might give the impression that someone managed to step into a pinecone with his bare foot.
There is more rustling and a soft thud, the sound of someone opening a book and...]
Oh! It is a Midgardian recording device in a book!
How perfectly...impractical!
[Since the owner of this voice, Loki Laufeyson from Asgard, is really fond of any Midgardian way of communicating through long-distance connections he figures the book out in a rather quick way.
Eventually his face appears on everyone's feed, finger tapping against the screen to test if it might be a screen of touch, like his own phone of Stark used to have.]
Everyone! I figure this book of communication has been left to me with a certain purpose. So I shall ask for your aid, yes?
[Loki takes a deep breath.]
First of all, someone has provided me with white pants, yet has forgotten to give me a proper shirt. Second of all, I am fairly sure this is not Broxton.
Is there a town nearby? At least one where I can get proper garments?

[Action]
[Saori beams]
Yes, there are other gods here. They're all nice enough [except maybe your older self...] though there is one you should be careful of. A wolf god named Moro. Do not cut down the trees in the forest without permission, or she will tear you apart. Of course, if you stay on her good side she's nice enough...if a tad snarly.
[Action]
[Loki smiles a very sincere smile.]
I shall make note of this. But there are really no...other versions of me walking around in this village, Saori?
Many others implied that there is.
[Knowing himself he is not surprised that his older self would not settle with being a magpie forever.]
[Action]
I...yes. Yes there is. A much, much older version with a slightly less sunny disposition. He may be from a different reality, much the same as you are from another world than my own.
[She smiles sadly]
He and I are not...as you say, B.F.F.s. But, we are on good terms. I was just unsure if you would want to know. Or if it would be proper to tell you.
[Action]
I should meet him. If he is my older self it is of great importance that we meet.
[It could go terribly wrong or extremely good. Loki is tempted to warn Saori, because well, if his older self is him...but that would ruin those good beginnings of a friendship, right?]
It is all right. I am glad that I am aware of his presence.
[He smiles again, maybe a bit of a tinier smile than before.]
This is what friendship is all about, yes? Trusting eachother.
[He has seen this in a variety of movies.]
[Action]
Loki, I did not mean to imply that I do not like your other self. We disagree on some things, though none so extremely that it troubles me to be around him. I think with time, it will all work out.
[And then she nods]
Friendship is about looking out for each other, and caring for each other too. Trust is earned through deed, not word. But...friendship is magic.
[Action]
[He chuckles and pats her back, because that is also the most friendship-thing to do.]
Ah, no, that is not what I meant...I mean...not exactly. You should like whoever you want. I might even like my older self as well when I meet him.
If he is me, he should be a very likeable person, yes?
[Action]
[She stands back up and walks a bit farther, leading Loki around a bend and bringing the village into view]
And here, young Loki, is where we live. The Village.
[Action]
[He follows her, sometimes stopping to rub his feet. When Saori points out the village he blinks a couple of times. It sure looks like a dull village so thats pretty much what he says as well.]
It looks horribly dull.
[Loki looks at her and back to the village in front of him.]
[Action]
[She gives him a concerned look, her eyes meeting his briefly]
Not to mention the dangers. There are many things here that are not so friendly.
[Action]
[Loki is not really scared of anything. Not even monsters, or wild beasts. Not even the Malnosso themselves. He merely sees them as an antagonizing force.]
I am not afraid.
[Action]
[Saori smiles down at Loki grimly]
It brightens my heart to hear that, BFF-in-training. Too many people give in to fear to quickly upon arrival here. It is a scary place and maybe you should be a little afraid, but it helps to have some curiosity instead..
[Action]
I am really not that afraid of anything.
[He's not entirely telling the truth there, since well, there are some things that linger in the back of his mind... But that has nothing to do with magical scientists, monsters or wild beasts.]
But I am glad my courage brightens one's heart that way. After all, I am all about brightening the hearts of others.
It has been a long time ago when I have done such a thing after all.
[Action] This seem like a good stopping point?
[She starts walking again, heading down the hill and into the village]
Come young Loki, let us find you some clothing and shoes.
[Action] Yep! :D
[He follows her and yes, clothing and shoes sound like the most perfect thing right now. Especially after that assault from that pinecone.
After that he might go and look for that bus stop... Buses of the Greyhound should stop here,...right?]
