1. [accidental sound --> video]
[Everyone who is listening can hear the sound of leaves rustling followed by a soft groan coming from someone's mouth.
After that there are footsteps that slowly fade away but get louder again after a minute or two. Apparently someone discovered the book and the small yelp followed by a referral to Odin's empty eye socket might give the impression that someone managed to step into a pinecone with his bare foot.
There is more rustling and a soft thud, the sound of someone opening a book and...]
Oh! It is a Midgardian recording device in a book!
How perfectly...impractical!
[Since the owner of this voice, Loki Laufeyson from Asgard, is really fond of any Midgardian way of communicating through long-distance connections he figures the book out in a rather quick way.
Eventually his face appears on everyone's feed, finger tapping against the screen to test if it might be a screen of touch, like his own phone of Stark used to have.]
Everyone! I figure this book of communication has been left to me with a certain purpose. So I shall ask for your aid, yes?
[Loki takes a deep breath.]
First of all, someone has provided me with white pants, yet has forgotten to give me a proper shirt. Second of all, I am fairly sure this is not Broxton.
Is there a town nearby? At least one where I can get proper garments?

[action]
That is good news! I am in need of some shaken milk as well.
Thori is my dog. He is actually a hel-puppy but I have trained him well. He is a good dog.
[action]
A hel-puppy? Is that his...breed or something?
[action]
He is a hel-puppy. A puppy from Hel.
[action]
And Hel is a city? A town? [Dogs are sometimes named after the places they're raised in right?]
[action]
[Loki moves to kick against a pebble, watching it bounce across the pavement.]
It is the realm of the dead, to be precise.
[action]
And there are dogs in the realm of the dead?
[action]
Thori is a good dog.
[action]
And look! They've successfully made it to the clothes shop.]
Here we are.
[action]
[Loki follows him around, still pressing the journal against his chest. When Steve announces they have arrived Loki blinks a couple of times.]
My clothes are inside this shop? I do not possess any currency at the moment, I am very aware of Midgardians and their preference for money.
[action]
[action]
[He takes a peek inside before he looks up at Steve again.]
That is remarkably generous.
[He smiles...no even better...he grins]
Does the Midgardian organisation of Shield provide free clothes to their agents as well?
[action]
[He's...not sure yet whether he should trust that grin or not. Especially when he mentions SHIELD.]
Sort of. Every agent is given a standard issue uniform to wear.
[action]
My brother is one of the Avengers. Aren't you one as well? You probably get special superhero costumes, yes?
Or do you also have normal clothes?
[action]
Thor, right? Yes, I am a member of the team. And I have both. A costume and regular clothes. It's not very...comfortable to wear my uniform all the time.
[action]
Aye, Thor.
[He looks over his shoulder, thinking. When his mouth opens he completely disregards Steve's words about how uncomfortable his uniform can be.]
Is my brother doing well?
[action]
Yes. The last time I saw him he was doing fine. [And teleporting himself to Asgard with another Loki.]
[action]
I am truly glad.
[He puts his gloves on.]
